Head Shoulders Knees and Toes! Knees and Toes!

And for those of you who have Fisher Price's PUPPY!
You can just about hear that song in your head, kind of catchy tune, really! Here's little Roan in her sitting lotus pose. She was busy having her toes for lunch before this picture was snapped. She's still smacking her chops.
Yum. Yum.

ok, I'm getting jealous. RoRo is having way too much fun. All she gotta worry about today is which toe to suck on today? sigh...

Yay! Aunty Ying, again! :-)
Tell me about it, I am totally jealous of the Bean, and her endless naps, her ability to just "go" whenever she wants (but then I guess I can too, it would just be kinda yucky), and getting a bath everyday and everyone smiles at her. She is happiest when I remove her footed pjs before bed and she can see her old friends, her little toes.

Well, that little Roan is busy chewing on everything in sight these days. Even the dining room table is not safe. It is so cute when she sits in her highchair and licks the dining room table (to grandpa's horror and everybody else' laughter). This weekend, Roan was kind and generous enough to buy me a book (she's turning into a generous hearted darling like her mom). Sure, her mom had to do the actual purchase for her, but little Ro dipped into her little eight month old savings to do so. Well, anyway, when I took a picture to commemorate the occasion -- there was little RoRo chomping at the book binding. Given that the book that RoRo bought for her Aunty J was none other than the teeny bopper rage of Twilight -- seemed awfully appropro eh?

Yay! Aunty J!
Yes, Roan is a regular eating and chewing machine...esp her yummy little toes. She really hates socks so every night before bed, she gets 1/2 hr to go wild with her little niblet toes. Roan kept beggin' me to take her shopping for her Aunty J's gift but housework kept us home for the most part, so it was with much delight she was able to give her Aunty J a "trashy" novel in the fine footsteps of her mom's purchase of Moonstruck M for Aunty J when she was 10. She knows how much Aunty J loves those books!
And hey, Aunty J is so cool and hip w/ her choice of reading materials, she transcends all age brackets. I am sure if she presented you w/ Patches, you would find much delight in that!

Speaking of Patches, I hear Ro's Uncle Chris is getting ready to start that classic. I believe the sequence was: Alienist, Catcher in the Rye, Patches, and then Remembrance of Things Past.

And sis -- did I mention that I LOVE the captions on each of these postings. They are so funny and really capture the sentiment.
